  1. Rubbish and House Clearance: we give a free, no obligation quote for the job. This is a set fee with no hidden extras. Once agreed, our team sorts out what is rubbish, what is recyclable and what is valuable.
  2. Valuation: we either offers to buy items of value from you or manage their sale at auction on your behalf. We take no commission on this.
  3. Recycling: the rest is cleared and recyled. EasyClear’s motto is ‘reduce, reuse, recycle’
